    Back-to-school healthy lunch box recipes

    Hence, we have provided some fun and kid-approved recipes packed with nutrients and perfectly paired with the most important ingredient: pure water.

    Why Water Matters in Lunch Boxes?

    Water is the symbol of good health, especially for growing kids. It aids digestion and energizes them throughout the school day.

    But why focus on purified water? Purified water removes impurities like harmful contaminants, heavy metals, viruses, and bacteria, ensuring your child gets the cleanest and safest hydration possible.     Recipe 1: Cheesy Masala Dosas

    Ingredients:

    Recipe 4: Mini Uttapams

    Ingredients:

    • Dosa/ Uttapam batter 
    • Chopped vegetables (onion or tomatoes)

    Instructions:

    • Heat a pan with a few drops of oil.
    • Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan.
    • Add chopped vegetables on top.
    • Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the uttapam is cooked through.
