    High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has become a popular workout option for people looking to get in shape. This type of training involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by periods of rest or low-intensity exercise. The benefits of HIIT include increased cardiovascular fitness, improved muscle strength, and a boost in metabolism. Here are some tips on how to incorporate HIIT into your routine.

    1. Start Slowly
