    Relying on a Planner App to Restore Self-Confidence

    Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) happens to be treatable to a great extent by appropriate execution of neural pathways in a pre-determined manner. Researchers have so far set up a clear action plan for the execution of these hyper-normal pathways by maintaining the emphasis on positive reinforcement. With an added focus on strategic planning, delivered via the app functions in real-time, significant improvements can be achieved.

This is achieved by setting up practical to-do lists and directing the actions towards them. By and by, the app helps to develop a habitual pattern, which eventually leads to greater self-confidence.

     

    Patients report more positivity and a euphoric validation of attaining a better understanding of real-world factors and adapting to these on a daily basis. The app also instills the importance of practicing breathing exercises as a means to focus on a vital physical action. All in all, patients are led on a journey of self-discovery, finding concealed patterns implicit in the brain.

     

    Recognizing these patterns, which can be roughly termed muscle memory, could serve as an important objective to achieve effective mind-body coordination. A balance is thus achieved, and the patient feels the encouragement to move forward, aided by the caregiver and reinforced by decided self-confidence.
