    Addressing pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is crucial for maintaining pelvic health and quality of life. This condition occurs when the muscles and tissues supporting pelvic organs weaken or become damaged, causing organs such as the bladder, uterus, or rectum to descend into the vaginal canal.     Understanding Pelvic Organ Prolapse

    Pelvic organ prolapse is often a result of weakened pelvic floor muscles and connective tissues.
